A good worker must follow a series of «rules» to ensure that the work is flawless, and that the homeowner is happy with the result and process. Here are some of those rules:
REPORT EVERY DETAIL:
the worker must report each of the steps and the state of the damage to the house, upon arrival he must take photos of the state of the roof before being repaired, when removing the roof he must take photos of the infrastructure, the condition of the wood and report if any changes or extra material are needed!
Any extra damage that requires specific attention should be reported with evidence in photos and videos.
BRING ORDER TO WORK:
it is important to organize and give tasks to each member of the team, that they work as a team, give clear instructions of what to do and what to achieve
MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORKSPACE:
